Why fitness is important for your healthy life
As you all know the term “Health is Wealth” which only some people follows it and have a healthy and active lifestyle but a major portion of people actually doesn’t do anything for their fitness. As the covid spreading in the world currently and lots of people has lost their life and in these in these disease we found that those who has weak immunity can’t survived this disease. The term “Immunity” is related to the functioning of your internal organs.Weak immunity means unhealthy internal organs.
So if you understand why fitness is important in your life and then how can you implement it in your life.
So,basically there are some tips for strong immunity and healthy life
∆ Focus on your sleep – atleast 7 hours of sleep is must for your healthy life.
∆ Focus on your nutrition – avoid junk foods and eat clean foods like homemade food,fruits,dry fruits,milk products,soya products,eggs,chicken etc.
∆ Do exercise – try to do atleast 30 mins of exercise like yoga,running,rope skipping,play sports,gymming etc.
∆ Avoid smoking and drinking because it causes damage to your lungs and liver.
